Even better, we have developed an Amazing employee gifting portal that we can make available for clients to select a suite of gifts that enables their employees to choose their own bundle. Yes, Absolutely! Customisation is what we do best! Please provide us a copy of your logo in a vector file format such as eps or ai for the best results. Please note that branded products will add up to 2 weeks to your order.

We find that placing the logo in the middle of the box is ideal for best results.
Depending on the logo size, it will be created between 150mm and 180mm wide for the outer box unless otherwise requested. We will share a proof of your logo for your approval before we proceed with final artwork.

Given we brand on a few different products, the logo placement will differ a little by product type.

However, for the best guide by product:

Boards: (wood or marble): We find the best look and feel is placing the logo in the bottom right corner of the board
For glasses: the logo will be placed at the pour line of a standard drink.
For the cocktail shaker: the logo will be placed in the middle.
For stationery items: (journal/laptop sleeve): the logo will be placed in the bottom right corner

All logo placements will be proofed for your approval before artwork is finalised

Yes, we offer white or black gift boxes. Please select the colour at the cart. We also offer a woven wrap and sticker seal to match the gift to create a beautifully presented bundle.

We are happy to include branding for the gift box, sticker seal and gift card free of charge. The cost to add a brand is: board, cocktail & monogramming products will be $5+gst and $3+gst for glasses and coasters.

Tracking details will be sent to you at the time of dispatch via the email address provided. Tracking updates will be provided either via the freight forwarder or our warehouse team once it dispatches.

Our gifts are sent via Australia Post or courier depending on volume and location

We pack the bundles with lots of love and attention to ensure they arrive safely, however we unable to control the delivery aspect and understand that gifts could arrive damaged. For bulk orders, we need to ensure there will be someone to accept the delivery during business hours. For individual gifts, the sender will have the option to select ATL (Authority to Leave) at the checkout

The lead time for a bespoke order will vary greatly as this is a very creative process. We will aim to work as quick as we can once your brief has been agreed. The timing will also depend on the nature of the product to be sourced and related lead times.

Yes, Style Bundle offers free shipping for bulk orders over a certain amount.

That’s Ok, mistakes happen. If the order has not dispatched, we will aim to update the delivery address in out system. However, once dispatched, you will be required to make the change with the freight provider. If the parcel is delivered incorrectly and is returned to us, we are happy to re-send the parcel at a re-direction fee of $14.95+gst. A separate invoice will be sent for this and the parcel will be dispatched upon payment.

At style Bundle, we are very conscious of the environment and would very much encourage our customers to re-use the gift box for another purpose. The gift box can be recycled without a ribbon attached. The packaging materials we use are all able to be recycled, we use Brownkraft paper to pack the gift boxes inside the shippers for protection and biodegradable tape to seal the shippers. Our Fare & Fable food products are all packed with compostable cello bags.

The cut off for Christmas orders is 6th December for Metro and 11th December for Regional. Note: for bundles with branding, please discuss timing with our customer team prior to ordering so we can ensure your Bundles will arrive in time.
